EWG Night Out?

We've been talking about doing a group event. What about this:

May 4th, 2012

For one night only, NLT is thrilled to pair up with Players de Novo, a volunteer group from Edmonton’s legal community who have begun the tradition of presenting a production of an annual play/musical for which the cast is made up of local lawyers and judges. Affectionately known as 'The Lawyer Show' the goals of the project- now in its sixth year- are to raise funds, to be shared equally between a non-profit professional theatre company and the Victoria School ’s Foundation for the Arts, to raise funds for the artistic community of Edmonton, and to enhance good will and collegiality amongst the legal community. This spectacular, not-to-be-missed night of hilarity runs for only one showing at the Eva O. Howard Theatre at Victoria School for the Arts and sells out with alarming speed. Book your tickets for this gala evening now to ensure that you are not left out....!

Comedy. Mystery. Musical. Drama.
This performance has it all... and a few unexpected surprises as well!

  1. This sounds cool, and for a good cause. A chance to laugh with friends is always great.

  2. That's what I was thinking, too...

  3. I know someone who has been the stage manager for that event for several years (not sure if she's done it the last couple). She told me once that the 'actors' reeaalllly get into it. What could be more fun then watching a cast of left brainers fumble through a right brain world?
