I stumbled across these grants for writers and thought individuals or the group as a "collective' might be interested in applying? The Canada Council for the Arts offers a range of grants for professional canadian writers, collectives and publishers. They have over 20 grants listed on their website for writing, screen writing, travel, residency costs, publishing and promotion.

Also, I found this great website which you can plug in your website / blog and it will give you a detailed 10 page report about how you can improve on it. I just did it for mine and it was very interesting.
