Story Bundle is something I recently discovered which basically pools several Indie publisher's books together and sells them by donation, with the option of putting some of it towards charities. I'm not sure how the cost/benefit works out but the exposure seems pretty good, and may be worth checking out. Their contact page has an e-mail for submission inquiries.
